OrderFlowz offers various subscription plans with different features and limits.

• •Subscription fees are billed annually in advance
• •Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• •Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase
• •Failure to pay may result in service suspension

OrderFlowz provides services 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

• •We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• •Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
• •We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

OrderFlowz stores your order history to help you manage your business. Here's what you need to know about data retention:

• •Order history is retained for active accounts with a valid subscription
• •We reserve the right to delete order data for inactive accounts (see Account Inactivity section)
• •You are responsible for exporting or backing up any data you wish to retain before account termination
• •Deleted data cannot be recovered once removed from our systems

To maintain service quality and manage resources, we enforce account inactivity and trial expiration policies:

• •Free trial accounts that are not converted to a paid subscription within 30 days after trial expiration may be permanently deleted, including all associated data
• •Accounts without an active subscription that have been inactive for 60 days may be permanently deleted
• •We will attempt to notify you via email before account deletion, but deletion may proceed without confirmation if we cannot reach you
• •All associated data, including orders, customer information, team members, and configurations, will be permanently and irreversibly deleted with the account

By using OrderFlowz, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• •OrderFlowz is a tool to assist with order management; you remain solely responsible for your business operations, customer relationships, and legal compliance
• •We are not liable for any business losses, missed orders, payment disputes, or customer complaints arising from your use of the service
• •You are responsible for ensuring your use of OrderFlowz complies with all applicable laws, including tax regulations, consumer protection laws, and data privacy requirements
• •We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice; consult appropriate professionals for such matters
• •You indemnify and hold harmless OrderFlowz from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
